How are you showing resilience these days?!


If you’re living in the same world I am in, then you must be showing it every single day.


2020 has not been easy. 2020 has not been kind.


We’re all experiencing a collective shitstorm of global occurrences.


Living through environmental catastrophes, viral outbreaks & civil unrest. Literally.


Resilience is seen in small moments & in big actions. Even though I don’t get to see you day in & day out, I know you are resilient. I know you have the capacity to rise above challenges. I know you are capable of recovering from perceived setbacks & use them as a catalyst to keep driving forward.

Life is a matter of perspective. Yes, there are truths involved, but your perception of experience will determine your resiliency as you continue to encounter challenging obstacles.


We experience them independently.

However, each of our perceptions will continue to be markedly distinct & unique.
